What will your job entail?
Handling incoming phone calls from customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns regarding orders (returns, complaints, late shipments, damaged goods), customer accounts, invoices, etc. If you've never done anything like this before, don't worry, we're happy to teach you everything.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication in German (B2) is a requirement and intermediate English (B2) EU nationality or Slovakian residence permit Live already in Slovakia Highschool Diploma You have a pleasant demeanor, good communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach. You know how to operate a computer, are eager to learn, and can quickly adapt to a new environment. You can adjust to shift work between Monday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00, including holidays and weekends (the weekly working fund is 38.75 hours, part-time 20/25/30 hours per week is also possible). Conditions:
Training of 2 weeks from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (for full-time and part-time) Schedule after training: -Each shift is planned for 7 hours and 45 minutes, both full and part-timers will be assigned a full shift,meaning the part-timer is working for 7.75 hours in one shift, but not 5 times a week (4,3,2 so that the monthly working hours match). -Full-timer has 5 shifts per week. - Operation hours are 07:00-22:00 Monday-Sunday, including bank holidays, but early shifts 07-09:00 are fully covered for the long term -we do not schedule the newcomers in the early morning. - Shifts can start every half an hour in the given time frame. The rotation is following, these are the starts of the shifts: -1st-week early shift (9:00-11:00) - 2nd week late shift (13:30-13:35) - 3rd week middle shift (11:00-12:00) - 4th week late shift again (13:30-13:35)
Contract types: - Full time, 38.75 hrs/week, base salary plus KPI bonus - Part time, 30 hrs/week, salary equivalent to the working hours gross plus bonus - Part time, 25 hrs/week, salary equivalent to the working hours gross plus bonus - Part time, 20 hrs/week, salary equivalent to the working hours gross plus bonus
